About Us

Hi there! I'm Hannah, the owner and creator of Dear Kimchi. We are a Chicago-based small stationery gift shop that specializes in hand drawn stickers and goodies for the creative soul. I reside on the south side of the city with my loving boyfriend and our 3 corgis: Ein, Jet and Faye (aka the Bebop Crew named after my favorite anime, Cowboy Bebop). 

The shop was originally founded back in 2017 under the name Banana Doodles Shop. Since then, we've rebranded a few times and today we are known as Dear Kimchi Studio ✨

We've been through a lot of changes in the last decade, but what remains the same is that we are committed to helping you find joy in the little things. Life, as we know it, can be hard, but we can absolutely add a little *flair* to it daily, and that's what my products are designed to do: adding a whimsical touch to your every day creative journey, whether it's for planning your daily tasks or capturing your memories in your journal. Have a little (or lotta) fun where you can!
